Admissions Timetable

Applications are considered on an ongoing basis, as they become complete. Applicants who have submitted their applications by the appropriate deadlines can expect to receive a decision according to the following timetable.

Late applications may be considered where places are still available. Priority however is given to applicants who apply by the official deadline.

Special Additional Requirements Scheduling
Interviews, auditions, portfolio and other requirements must be scheduled with the department to which you are applying. It is your responsibility to make these arrangements. Please refer to the appropriate faculty information chart (see Program Information) for exact dates.

All programs except Fine Arts (March 1). Some limited enrolment programs may close earlier than July 15. Part-time students are encouraged to apply early to allow time for evaluation, notification and advising.

Supporting Documents
To speed up the application process, the following supporting documents must be submitted in addition to the online application form.

Application fee of $40 (U.S.) (paid online upon submission of the online application).
Proof of Canadian citizenship (and Quebec residency, if applicable); immigration status
Official transcript in sealed envelope (non-cégep and North American institutions only)

Cégep applicants: student copy of your cégep transcript.

Early Action Plan:
Deadline: February 1
This plan is for:

Students from other Canadian provinces and the U.S.A.
Open and limited enrolment programs in Arts & Science; Commerce & Administration; Engineering & Computer Science
Programs that do not have special and additional requirements.

Students who wish to have their application considered for Early Action must submit it with supporting documents before February 1.
