Your Web Developer and others on our web development staff develop your form web pages based on the agreed upon project specifications. They thoroughly QA your pages and only when completely satisfied that the pages are correct and operating as they should send you the URL to access them.
Your Account Manager trains those at your institution who will be testing the form web pages. Your testers learn how to create a test account, use the form menus and pages, add and delete form terms, print and acknowledge forms, and perform form searches.
You review and test the web pages, and send us any edits you'd like us to make.
Our web development staff makes the changes you've requested and lets you know when the pages are ready for your next review. You review the updated pages, and again send us any changes. This process can continue for up to three batched sets of changes.
Once the review/modification cycles are complete and you're satisfied with your web pages, you give us your final approval of them and we send you a "Go Live" email, indicating that the form is ready to be used in production and that we've added the form to our CollegeNET college search database. The email also includes information on processing submitted forms, managing form terms, and accessing system help and other online resources.
