Application Instructions

DIRECTIONS TO THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT APPLICANT:

1. Complete the application on-line and print out and send the completed Certificate of Finances form. The Certificate of Finances form indicates your ability to finance your education and is necessary for us to issue the immigration form I-20. Send the completed Certificate of Finances form to the Admissions Office, Canisius, 2001 Main Street, Buffalo, New York 14208, U.S.A.
2. Send certified copies of secondary school and college/university course work to the Admissions Office. When not written in English, these should be accompanied by certified translations.
3. If English is not your first (native) language, we will also require that you take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam and have the results sent to the Admissions Office. A minimum score of 500 is required to be considered for admission to Canisius.
