

Applying to Wellesley College: Admission Checklist
Use this checklist to track your progress through the application process at Wellesley.
Write your name and Social Security Number on every credential you submit.
To be considered for Wellesley College funds, you must submit the Financial Aid Application by the stated deadline for the appropriate plan.
Required Credentials
- Common Application
- Wellesley College Supplemental Form
- $50 application fee-drawn on a U.S. bank. If you apply online the $50 application fee is waived. An applicant requesting a fee waiver should enclose documentation from her guidance counselor.
- Teacher Recommendations
- Counselor Report: School Report Form, Official High School Transcript, and School Profile
- Mid-year School Report Form
- Standardized Test Scores: SAT-I and three SAT-II tests, including Writing Test or ACT
If Applicable
- Early Decision Agreement Form (download and mail); required only if applying ED online
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or the SAT-II: English Language Proficiency Test
- Interview for Accelerating Candidates
- Supplemental Form for Students Applying from Overseas
- Supplemental Form for Transfer Applicants
