Processing your Application
The College of St. Catherine processes applications on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified of the admission decision within three weeks after the application file is complete and has been evaluated by the admission committee.

On occasion, the admission committee may defer a decision on a candidate's admission until further information has been received, such as more recent test scores, results of the current term's work or recommendations. An interview also may be required. Students will be informed by the Office of Admission if additional information is needed.

Accepted students are asked to make a $100 tuition deposit. All deposits are fully refundable through May 1 for the fall semester and January 1 for the winter semester. For students planning to live on campus, a $100 housing deposit also is required. Housing, registration and orientation information will be sent periodically to keep you informed.

Financial aid
In order to be considered for financial aid, you must file a College of St. Catherine Financial Aid Questionnaire and a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Priority consideration will be given to those filing before April 15. Consideration for financial aid will not be given until you have been accepted to the college.

Immunization
In accordance with the Minnesota College Immunization Law, the College of St. Catherine requires that students born during or after 1957 submit immunization information to the college. Immunization forms will be
sent from the college upon acceptance.

Important: International Students
All freshman international students and students who have studied for most of their lives in other countries should request special application materials for international students. Complete applications must be received by June 15 for September admission (fall term) or November 15 for February admission (winter term). International students applying for scholarships must apply by May 15 for fall term or October 15 for winter term.
