Instructions for application to associate degree programs in health care

Read these instructions carefully! This is a self-managed application.
You need to collect all of the following materials.
- Admission Application. Make sure to answer all questions that apply to you. Complete the essay questions. Submit the application with a $20 nonrefundable application fee submitted via secure server.
- Official Transcripts. Request all official transcripts, including your high school or GED test scores. (High school transcripts are not required for those with a baccalaureate degree). Transcripts should be sent directly to you in sealed envelopes stamped or signed across the seal by the registrar. It also is acceptable for your high school and/or post-secondary institution to send transcripts directly to the Office of Admission at the College of St. Catherine, 601 25th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55454.
After we have received your completed application, including all official transcripts, the Office of Admission will review your file, and you will be notified of your status in approximately one month. Please call the Office of Admission at (651) 690-7800 if you have any questions.

Nondegree-seeking students are not required to complete the essay portion of the application. An official copy of a transcript from the last school you attended is required.
Application Checklist
Use this checklist to make sure you have included all necessary application materials.
- I have completed my online application and submitted.
- I have responded to the essay questions and included the answers with my application.
- I have mailed copies of all transcripts in sealed, signed envelopes.
