GRADUATE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

A $35 (non-refundable) application fee must accompany the graduate
application. The fee is payable on-line.

Graduate Degree Program and teacher license students must have official
college transcripts sent directly to Silver Lake College Admissions Office.

Teacher certification students must submit a copy of their initial teaching
license and complete a Silver Lake College Teacher License form.
Additional transcripts may also be required.

Request official transcript(s) which verify your undergraduate degree if
you checked a degree or teaching license program, or if you are a special
student registering for business courses. Request transcript(s) of
graduate credits you wish considered for transfer.
