If you are applying for the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship, you will need to complete the following three steps:

Review all information regarding the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship Program under the
Scholarship Information with Required Signatures Form.
You should keep a copy of this information for future reference.

| Step 2: |
Print the Scholarship
Information with Required Signatures Form, obtain all necessary signatures, and return to your guidance counselor immediately.

| Step 3: |
Complete the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship Electronic Application. You will need to create an account first.
Once you have created an account, you can start completing the application. If you have used applyweb for other applications you
will need to create a new account using a different email address. The email address you enter will be the one your award notification
will be sent to. You will have the option to save your application and return at a later time to
finish. You must submit your completed application electronically by midnight on June 15, 2010, to be considered for the award. For
your records, you will need to remember to print a copy of the receipt (which includes an identification number) that provides verification that your application
was submitted successfully. Please note that you will not be able to revise your application once it has been submitted.

Your counselor is responsible for submitting the required signatures form, official high school transcript,
and official test score verification by the application deadline.

If you do NOT wish to apply for the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship, you will need to complete the following step:

Print the Declination to Apply Form* (PDF), complete the form, obtain all necessary signatures,
and return to your guidance counselor immediately. If you decide to decline applying for the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship, this is a permanent decision. By
completing and submitting the Declination to Apply Form, you are relinquishing all rights to receive this award at a later date.
