1. Submit the online application. The $50 non-refundable application fee is paid online.
2. Have transcripts from all educational institutions sent to the address above.
3. Send a recent photograph to the address above. Include your name and Social Security Number.
4. Send three letters of reference to the address above.
5. Fill out the Online Application.
