• Official transcripts from high school or, if transferring, from all colleges you have attended
• Official ACT/SAT test scores

Scholarship and Financial Aid Checklist

• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applicants may submit the FAFSA as early as January 1. Early submission ensures earliest notification of aid. For best consideration for need-based aid, please complete the FAFSA by March 1 listing Oklahoma City University as your college choice. Oklahoma City University's school code is 003166.
• Student Data Form may be completed online at www.tgimatocu.com/forms.
• Academic merit-based scholarship. Your application for admission also serves as application for some university merit-based scholarships. Awards are made as applications are received. Early application is encouraged.
• Leadership scholarship interest should be noted in the scholarship section of the application. Please discuss your must signficant leadership experience in the essay section.
• Talent-based scholarships are awarded upon completion of a successful audition. For audition information please call (800) 633-7242 or visit www.tgimatocu.com/ugradscholarships.
• Additional merit-based scholarships may require a separate application. Please review www.tgimatocu.com/ugradscholarships for specific instructions.

Early Decision

Oklahoma City University offers a non-binding early decision program, which allows eligible applicants the best scholarship options.

The regular decision deadline marks the date by which applicants wishing to compete for merit-based scholarships must submit the application for admission.
