Resumé or vitae Three recommendations (professional references only) TOEFL Score Report (required only if English is not your native language) International student supplemental documents (required only if you need a student visa) Note: An interview is required of all applicants for admission. Priority Application Deadlines Fall Semester and Summer Terms: April 1 Spring Semester: November 15 Applications received after the priority deadline are reviewed on a space-available basis.
