Competitive Scholarships
| ||||||||
Competitive scholarship competitions are offered in five academic areas and are
held on the Kalamazoo College campus. To be eligible, you
must be admitted and register for the competition in which you are interested.
In order to allow as many individuals as possible to participate in the scholarship competitions, you may register for only one written exam. Students are permitted to register for one written exam and one fine arts competition. You do not need to major in the particular area of competition, but winners of fine arts scholarships are required to actively participate in the programs of the awarding department.

Depending on the subject area, scholarships range in amount from $2,000 to $3,000 a year and are renewable for a total of four years of study at Kalamazoo College. Complete competition information and registration forms will be available in November. If you have questions about the program, you can contact the Office of Admission at (800) 253-3602 or (616) 337-7166.
