If you are here, then most likely it is because you do not have javascript enabled in your web browser, or your network is configured to not allow you to run javascript files on your computer. Internet Explorer is unable to continue through the form you were just filling out without javascript.

At this point, you have three options:

• Turn on javascript
• Try a different browser
• Try a different computer

Here are some general instructions for enabling javascript in Internet Explorer. Different versions of IE look a little bit different, so the wording presented here might not exactly match your installation.

1. In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and choose the option labeled Internet Options... a window titled "Internet Options" should appear.
2. Next, click on the tab labeled Security.
3. On this pane, click the button labeled Custom Level... a new window titled "Security Settings" should appear.
4. This window has many options in it, and can be a little confusing. Scroll down and find the heading Scripting - it will probably be close to the bottom of the options. The first option below this heading is hopefully Active Scripting. Click on the circle next to Enable (it's probably the second one down).
5. Click the OK button in the Security Settings screen. If you are prompted to confirm the change to the "Security Settings for this Zone", click the Yes button.
6. Click the OK button in the Internet Options screen.
7. It is possible that you may have to completely close down Internet Explorer and open it again. This isn't always true, but it wouldn't hurt to try it anyway.

If you have followed the instructions above and you are still unable to access the form, you might try using a different browser. The browser we recommend in this case is Mozilla, and is available for free from www.mozilla.org. The link for the download is typically found at the top of the page, though it may move from time to time.

If you have followed the instructions above and are still unable to access the form, you might try using a different computer. If you needed a username and password to get into the form, you can use the same login information to access the form from the other computer. All of the data you already submitted will still be there - you will not have to fill it in again.
