Q: I am getting an Invalid Card Number error.

A: This means that the number is not matching up with any valid accounts when we send it for processing. Make sure that:
  • You have entered the number from the front of the card with no dashes or spaces. The number must be exactly correct, so double check for typos.
  • If the card is a debit card, make sure it is a check card with a credit card logo on it. If it does not have a credit card logo, it will not work.
