CERTIFICATE of THEOLOGICAL STUDIES
The Certificate of Theological Studies is a non-degree program designed for those who wish to pursue studies in the academic milieu and theological tradition of DSPT for their own personal enrichment under the guidance and supervision of the faculty. A faculty advisor helps the student select courses that are consonant with the student's own interests and abilities. Students may take the courses pass/fail or for a letter grade. Upon successful completion of four courses (12 units), the student is awarded a Certificate of Theological Studies. Those who subsequently wish to pursue a degree program must fulfill all the requirements for admission to the particular program. The Admissions Committee makes determinations regarding retroactive credit for course work and tuition.Scholarship and Financial Aid is not available for CTS students. Housing is available only if all degree applicants have been placed and there is additional housing available. Unfortunately, the School cannot guarantee housing for any of its students.
