Application Instructions

1. Fill out the online form completely.
2. The $25.00 application fee will be collected online when you complete the application.  This fee applies toward tuition upon acceptance, but is not refundable.
3. Request the guidance counselor of your high school to send us a copy of your high school transcript and either ACT or SAT scores.
4. If you have attended college, request the registrar of each college to send us an official copy of your college transcript.
5. Optional: The applicant may submit additional information or references to support this application.
