APPLICATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION

Concordia University makes its admission decisions on a rolling basis. Applications for which all the required credentials have been received will be reviewed each week. Applicants will be notified within two weeks of the committee's decision.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications should be completed at least one month prior to the expected date of entry (three months for international students).

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The academic credentials, required essay and recommendation should be mailed to Concordia University, Office of Undergraduate Admission, 7400 Augusta Street, River Forest, Illinois 60305.

Completed application form
Official high school transcript
Letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor, a teacher, or someone other than a friend or relative who can comment on your academic background and character
Official ACT Student Profile (our code=1004) or SAT Profile (our code=1140)
$25 non-refundable application fee paid via secure server on-line upon submission of application
Nursing program applicants only: essay required (see Program Information, item C.)

TRANSFER APPLICANT CHECKLIST
Completed application form
Official transcript from each college attended
Official high school transcript required of students who have earned less than 30 semester hours/45 quarter hours of college credit
Letter of recommendation from an advisor, a professor, or someone other than a friend or relative who can comment on your academic background and character
