All applicants must submit a certificate of immunization form. Failure to submit your immunization form will prevent you from registering for classes.
All transcripts required must be OFFICIAL. That is, you must request the sending institution
to send transcripts directly to the Admissions Office. Be sure that you request transcripts
in plenty of time prior to the stated deadlines. No admission decision can be made until the
University receives ALL documentation required to support your application. Resident aliens
and International students should consult the catalog for additional documentation requirements.
Some programs require an additional admission form. If you plan to major in any of the following
areas: Business, Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Middle Level Education, Paralegal Certificate Program,
you will need to contact the appropriate department for specific information deadlines.
The Honors program and (Freshman Scholars) Joint enrollment/PSO programs also require additional
applications for admission. Contact the Office of Recruitment or visit our website to obtain
these application forms.
Testing will be scheduled for new students after acceptance to the
University has been determined. Transfer students may be required to take a
placement exam. Your acceptance letter will advise if testing is required and
will provide information on orientation and registration. Orientation and
Registration will take place after you have been accepted and when all
required testing has been completed. New students and transfer students will be
invited. At orientation you will meet your faculty advisor and register for
classes. Tuition and fee payments are due at this time, or at the latest, on
