2. Download the transcript request form (Click here for PDF) and provide to your schools. Your official transcripts must be mailed to Concordia Office of Admission.
3. Download the Concordia financial aid application and request scholarships and aid!

Transfer

• Completed application

• Official transcripts from all high schools attended

• Official transcripts from all colleges attended

• TOEFL score report: 520 paper / 190 computer/ 68 internet-based test
• Certificate of financial responsibility (Click here for PDF)
• Official documentation of available funds, e.g. bank or brokerage statement mailed directly from the financial institution
• Copy of passport (required)
• $100 nonrefundable application fee payment ($25 for Canadian residents)
