This form is to be completed only if Bucknell University has been selected as a first choice of colleges and an Early Decision is requested. It must be signed and sent to the Admissions Office at Bucknell before the appropriate deadline as indicated above.
 
I have determined Bucknell University to be my first choice of colleges and am requesting an Early Decision. I understand that I may apply to other colleges but must withdraw these other applications if accepted by Bucknell. An Early Decision may not be requested from more than one college.
 
I am aware that my credentials must be filed with Bucknell prior to November 15, 2003 for Early Decision I, and that admission will be announced in December, requiring a $200 deposit within thirty days.  For Early Decision II, credentials must be filed by January 1, 2004 and that admission will be announced in January, requiring a $200 deposit within thirty days. No deposit will be required until a student has received a response to his or her Early Decision financial aid application.
