Scores SAT or ACT Scores Immunization Record for Mumps, Measles, and Rubella (MMR) TRANSFER STUDENT Persons seeking admission whom have previously been enrolled in one or more institutions of higher education. Application and Fee College Transcript(s) (from each college or university attended) High School Transcripts or G.E.D. Scores SAT or ACT Scores Immunization Record for Mumps, Measles, and Rubella (MMR) SPECIAL STUDENT Persons who have earned an associate or high degree from a regionally accredited school recognized by the University System of Georgia and who do not wish to obtain an additional degree at Atlanta Metropolitan College (Any student seeking a degree must meet Transfer Student requirements). Application and Fee College Transcript (showing year of graduation) Immunization Record for Mumps, Measles, and Rubella (MMR) NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENT Persons seeking admission whose high school class would have graduated five years prior to the semester of enrollment. Application and Fee College Transcript (less than 20 college transferable hours from each college or university attended) High School Transcripts or G.E.D. Scores Immunization Record for Mumps, Measles, and Rubella (MMR) TRANSIENT STUDENT Persons who are currently enrolled in another college or university. Application and Fee Transient Letter from Home School Immunization Record for Mumps, Measles, and Rubella (MMR) INTERNATIONAL STUDENT Persons who are not citizens of the United States.
