Your Account Manager conducts an online training session for your potential users on how to use the ApplyWeb Administration System, including its term management functionality and its automated communication tools (E-Sponse email messages and Triggers that send E-Sponses automatically). Your Account Manager makes sure you know how to access system online help, the online user manual, and our many interactive tutorials.
With assistance as needed from your Account Manager and using the templates provided with the system, you create an initial customized set of E-Sponses and Triggers to meet your applicant communication needs.
Your Account Manager adds additional ApplyWeb Administration System users who will be using the Administration System in production.
